Noel Martinez

Senior Economist for the Department of Finance and Administration

Noel Martinez has been working as a Senior Economist at the Economic Analysis Bureau in the Department of Finance and Administration since 2019. He is a member of the Consensus Revenue Estimating Group and is responsible for forecasting various general fund revenues, including personal income tax, corporate income tax, and cannabis excise taxes. Noel holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Doctorate in Economic Development from New Mexico State University.
